If your order surpasses this limit, we kindly ask you to place an additional order for the remaining items or contact us directly for assistance. 2. Minimum Order Value: To optimize the efficiency of our shipping process and deliver the best value to you, we have a minimum order value of $99. This requirement ensures that every shipment we send out is both economical for you and sustainable for our operations. Product Perishability and Packaging
- Our seafood is extremely perishable, requiring careful handling and prompt refrigeration. To ensure freshness, we pack each order with sufficient cooling materials, designed to maintain optimal temperature throughout the average shipping duration, plus a margin for unexpected delays.
Receiving Shipments
- Prompt receipt of your order is crucial. We recommend arranging for someone to be available at the delivery address to accept the shipment. In cases where the package is left unattended, particularly in warm conditions, we cannot guarantee the product's freshness upon retrieval.
Handling Gifts and Surprise Deliveries
- If your order is intended as a gift, please inform the recipient about the expected delivery date and time to ensure they are available to receive it. This step is vital to maintain the quality of the seafood.
Post-Delivery Handling and Storage
- Upon receiving your order, we advise immediately unpacking the seafood and storing it in a refrigerator or freezer. The shipping containers are designed for transit purposes only and are not suitable for prolonged storage of the product.

- Accuracy in providing the delivery address is essential. Please review the address details carefully before confirming your order. We cannot be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect address information provided to us. UPS's ability to deliver successfully is contingent on the accuracy of the address details.
